Everything people has been saying about it being gruesomely stressful, sleep-depriving, heart-stopping son-of-a-gun is sadly true.

Usually I always somehow find a way to come onto deviantART amidst doing homework, but no, not this year. It is quite impossible and suicidal. First month of the new year, and I had to stay up past midnight on at least three occasions already trying to savage my grades, which are already dangerously teetering. I've found that rather than sighing in a forlorn manner repeatedly within a hour to express my anguish, I want to scream, cry and bang my head against the desk repeatedly instead.

Clubs. I curse myself myself for not joining more sooner. It's quite a simple matter to commit to, especially when I'm not much occupied outside of school. But being me, who is slow to appreciate this kind of thing, I only starting getting involved when I'm facing college requirements.

All the same, a new sense of independence is there, and some degree of new intellect. Maybe. I will make it a good year.
